Adventure
Hollowreach
★★★★★ 4.5
Hollowreach is slow in the best way. You wander a foggy coastline, solve environmental puzzles, and slowly piece together what happened to a vanished town. There's no combat and no timer — just curiosity pulling you forward.
Movement is a virtual stick with a context-tap for interactions. It felt awkward for the first ten minutes and completely natural after that. The art and sound design carry the whole experience; I kept my headphones on the entire time.
It's kind to your phone too, sitting around ten percent battery an hour. There's a photo mode that I ended up using far more than I expected. If you want something calm before bed, this is it.
